Sponsored by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, this scholarship is awarded to an applicant enrolled in a certificate/associate degree level program with a minimum dental hygiene cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.

To be eligible, applicants must: (1) be enrolled in an accredited dental hygiene program in the United States; (2) have completed a minimum of one year in a dental hygiene curriculum; (3) have a minimum dental hygiene grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale); (4a) if an undergraduate student, be an active member of the Student American Dental Hygienists' Association (SADHA) or the American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA); (4b) if a graduate student, be an active member of the Student American Dental Hygienists' Association (SADHA) or the American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA), hold an active dental hygiene license, and hold the minimum of a baccalaurate degree.

Other restrictions: Student must be majoring in Dental assisting, Dental Hygiene.
